- How fast is "real time"?
- Events land in your console within seconds of firing on TikTok — we hold a live WebSocket per tracked creator.
- Do I need to install anything?
- No. The app runs in your browser. A companion desktop client is only needed if you want to post back to a live.
- How does pricing work?
- One credit tracks one creator — every feature, full analytics, export — for 30 days, then auto-renews. A credit is $50/mo, and per-creator pricing drops to $45 / $40 / $35 on the 3/10/25-credit packs.
- What can I do for free?
- Browse curated public lives with their recent event feed and gifter levels — no account needed. That is the console’s public view, so you can see exactly how it works. Tracking your OWN creators, all-time/lifetime views, and export require a credit.
- Is there a free trial?
- Two ways to try before you pay: browse the public lives with no account at all, and when you register, your new account includes one time-boxed trial monitor — track a creator of your choice before buying any credits.
- Do you keep capturing when I close the browser?
- Yes. Capture runs on our servers 24/7 — the moment a tracked creator goes live we connect and record, whether or not you are watching. Open the console later and the full session is there.
- Which events do you capture?
- Gifts, comments, likes, joins, follows, shares, and PK-battle state — plus gifter identity and TikTok level where the broadcast exposes it.
- How are diamonds converted to dollars?
- Two numbers, two meanings: gross gifted value is the full dollar value of everything sent, and received-in-cash is the estimate of what reaches the creator after the platform’s share. Both compute from captured diamond totals over any date range you pick.
