How we protect data
Encryption in transit (TLS) for every request, scoped role-based access in the console, and an audit trail on sensitive actions. Secrets are kept out of source control and rotated.
Data handling
We collect only what the product needs and source TikTok LIVE data from the public broadcast. Access to production data is limited and logged.
Responsible disclosure
Found a security issue? Email [email protected] with steps to reproduce. Please give us a reasonable window to fix it before public disclosure. We do not pursue legal action against good-faith research that respects user privacy and avoids service disruption.
Scope
In scope: the marketing site, the app, and our public API. Out of scope: TikTok's own systems and any third-party service we integrate with. Do not test against accounts or data you don't own.
